29th Annual Peter Ott's 10K Road Race and 1-Miler Fun Run

CAMDEN — The weather could not have been any better for the 29th annual running of the Peter Ott's/Free Press 10K and 1-mile fun run for the kids then it was Sunday morning.

Both races started at The Camden Harbour Inn on Bayview Street with the 1-mile fun race going up Bayview St and turning around to backtrack back to the starting area. The 10K traveled left at Russell Ave., past the Belted Galloway Cows and left around Calderwood Lane, past the Megunticook Golf Course and back to Russell Ave. then heading back down Bayview St. finishing at Peter Ott's.

Zane Bielenberg, a 10 year-old from Belfast won the one miler with a time of 6:48. Willie Leach of Morrill won the 10K with a time of 39:22. Brandi Helstrom of New Glouster was the first female to cross the finish line with a time of 44:09
